Someone once told me that it was up to me how colorful my life could be and that I could be anything I imagined. That was a great pearl of wisdom. My imagination takes me to unbelievable places that I see through my camera's lens. I look through and see character, personality, individuality. I see a love life, a new life, a family and everything interesting that makes humanity worth loving. I soon realized that what I captured through my lens, is what I feel deep inside my soul. A portrait captures a moment, a memory, frozen in time for generations to enjoy. Being a part of that is what puts the color into my life. My studio is located where I was born and raised in the small town of East Rochester, New York. A place where you know everyone and everyone knows you. The place that taught me the closeness of family and the rewards of friendship. I am happy to call it home. Wendy |
